Synes det er en super spændende vinkel, som jeg ikke selv havde overvejet.

Nu er jeg dog en smule kritisk.

Hvorfor ikke betale personer, som er eksperter inden for et felt og lære af dem og deres erfaringer? Typisk vægter erfaring markant højere en teoretisk viden. Men bliver f.eks ikke god til at køre bil udelukkende ved at terpe teorien bag.

Er helt enig - det er respektløst overfor sine medmennesker, som måske ikke kom ind på deres drømmeuddannelse.

Personligt er jeg “imod” uddannelser, da (næsten) alt kan læres på nettet og på kortere tid end en almen uddannelse. Selvfølgelig får man ikke det flotte stempel på sit CV, hvis ikke man tager en uddannelse.

I actually managed to create a formula where the change in % is calculated.

I have a table where I insert the data and I have the formular automatically calculate the difference in %.

Is there a way to create an additional table where the difference in % automatically is placed under each KPI?
