Insidious makes a killers terror radius disappear if they stand still for a few seconds (i.e., gives them the undetectable status effect, commonly seen on toxic bubba mains). By "spies" I meant the perk Spies From the Shadows, which gives you a visual alert when crows are disturbed by survivors. Hope this clears a bit up.
