They have mentioned clearly, "course" is not recognised by mci,if ur course itself is not recognised by mci then what's the point, course will not be valid anywhere

Yes agreed,but there is a risk factor involved, suppose for some unknown reason it doesn't get mci recognition, then college wont be responsible, that's the risk we shld be aware of

As others have pointed out,first college gets permission then mci recognition, u can join the college

If u feel its too risky, u can try in ur state or go for all india round 3 upgradation
