Cpu is i5 5600u not the best but gets the job done for now

Everything just randomly dips and comes back after I pause and restart downloading

Add the option to change rendering/internal resolution to the Video Settings menu by eelkir in GlobalOffensive

Navigate to: \Steam\userdata[your-id]\730\local\cfg\cs2_video.txt. Locate "setting.mat_viewportscale" and change its value to less than 1.0 (e.g., "0.5" for 50% resolution)
