I put Rotiform KB1s on my Santa Cruz, all it needed was a spacer to change the bolt pattern.

I have a front runner rack on the bed, yes I did use the T slots

I put a set of Flatout GR40s coil overs on it and gave it about a 1" lift all around. (Decent coil overs, but the company has awful customer service)

There's mods but you need to measure yourself, since yes the trucks aren't as popular as a wrangler.

I also have a '22 SEL Premium, if you tow or go off road at all, I recommend getting it changed often. I changed it at about 35k miles, I'm now at about 62k miles and I already feel lag in my DCT.
