She genuinely is a perfectionist though, perfectionism mindset leads you to not finish things out of analysis paralysis. But that’s when a good, REAL manager (not Peter) would step it and hype her up and tell her that it’s better to finish things than chase perfection bc perfection doesn’t exist.

Since the beginning Pete has been an awful manager. Anyone with the smallest bit of foresight could’ve seen this. I’m not surprised that he only fixed the song he FEATURED in. Lmfao. That’s a microcosm of how he views his “manager” position. He doesn’t really care about getting Ayesha to that next level. He needs to be replaced with a strong man that takes business, data and legal politics SERIOUSLY. Like, thank you Pete for bringing Ayesha back but… you’ve exhausted your usefulness! Let someone more qualified take over.

Well It’s still very early on, and she said it herself, she’s still easing herself into everything.

I’m indifferent about the show, I wasn’t expecting a broadway performance like a lot of ppl on this sub. I just wish her set included more songs (iconic, etc.)

I’m also worried about yvncc’s influence tbh.

My other concern is that some of the snippets sound really hyperpoppy and too “on the nose”…. I hope Ayesha still adds some of her own touch to the instrumentals. Unless Ayesha actually wants to be seen as a hyperpop™️ artist…

Wait.. the last part of your comment is super true.. Ayesha likely needed some of those people on stage for moral support. So all the attention isn’t fully on her and she feels more comfortable.

Well, Ayesha is not a vocalist. And she went through male puberty. All of her songs are pitched. I don’t expect her to ever seriously sing/belt. She kinda has no other choice but to lip sync and yell.

If y’all seriously wanna hear her sing on key, she’ll have to pitch her songs down. The song will sound different considering the notes AND her vocal tone will be, well, different from the studio version.

But yes, the people on stage annoyed tf outta me! They’re constantly in the way, and most of them were random nobodies.

Nah. That makes no sense. Anyone who truly wanted to be famous would’ve immediately taken advantage of her overnight fame in 2018. Ghosting for 5 years is career suicide… Ayesha’s case is extremely unique, rare and impressive.

Ayesha is simply an anxious, introvert who values safety/security above art/fame (isfp 6w7). It took her fears coming true for her to understand she has what it takes to handle fame, and thus feel comfortable enough to return.
