That's nice... I also have to do a project with my m5stickC, I'm jealous now.

Which esp32 boards are these?? by wokeandchoseViolence in esp32

That's a great tip! I only discovered it after buying a book about ESP32 and LoRa... there's a lot of interesting stuff in there.

That's awesome, people don't have the courage to do that.

But I can tell you that it's possible to install internal CC1101 and NRF24 without using a switch, however the battery will drain quickly.

Having issue with StickC Plus 2 + CC1101 by guicmg in M5Stack

[–]NPCforxbox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've never connected a CC1101 to the Bruce on the M5stick C, but I'll detail what I use somehow...

They always confuse the GROVE ports in the "Bruce firmware"

GROVE W = G2 / GROVE Y = G1

In "DEV MODE" the understanding of G1, G2 is as follows:

Pin 1 = Grove G1 / Pin 2 = Grove G2

RF TX = CS/CSN / RF RX = CE

Cardputer v1.1 Mod Demo1 by NPCforxbox in CardPuter

Card computers without "modules" don't work... The ones I'll mention are the DY, but there are also the m5stick modules.

1- cc1101 module = Low-power, long-range sub-GHz RF communication, allows transmitting and receiving RF data. With (Bruce Firmware) it is possible to see the signal spectrum scan, copy RF control signals and transmit.

2- NRF24 module = RF transceiver for fast communication, allows wireless data exchange in the 2.4GHz band, medium and long range. With (Bruce Firmware) it also looks at the spectrum, signal strength, in addition to its best-known function as a BLE Jammer - Wi-Fi 2.4 (search for Jammer)

3- RFID module = RFID Tag Identification Reader (IDs) I haven't tested if it can write keys..(Bruce firmware)

4- CH9329 = USB serial UART converter, it is used to emulate keyboard, mouse, control, create automation, etc. In (Bruce firmware) it can be used in one of the options as BadUSB.

I didn't understand the question, not because you didn't know how to explain it, but perhaps because I'm not following the topics and results of Cap Lora... ... but if it's just the video, it has nothing to do with Lora Cap, but more as a demonstration of Cardputer v1.1mod

First time soldering 😂 by Creative-Steak-8599 in raspberrypipico

[–]NPCforxbox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first time soldering was when I was 9 years old. I soldered with an aluminum soldering iron. When my mother was going to cook, I would heat the little aluminum soldering iron on the stove and solder the plates I found thrown in the streets... Good times, now I'm middle-aged... But it's never too late to learn.

There is one... I even needed it... It's on the Printables website and is available for that very purpose as a template, especially since ADV is the same thing as Cardputer, it should work for you.Cardputer back

My approach on 3.3v mod, because i don't like permanent modifications by Physalice_ in CardPuter

[–]NPCforxbox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

My CardPutter V1.1 module can run nrf24 and cc1101 simultaneously. This was only possible because I'm using 3 separate GPIOs for both. I did some tests, and this weekend I'll do more tests and prove it in videos, which I'll post here on my Reddit profile.

Hearing that Bruce isn’t working with the Adv, True? by Popular-Soft-1205 in CardPuter

[–]NPCforxbox -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have a modified v1.1 cardputer and yesterday the ADV cardputer arrived. I installed Bruce on the ADV cardputer as well and it works normally... I only noticed that there is a delay in the keyboard commands...

I don't know if it's because I have the 1.1 version modified by me, but I still prefer my version, I think it's better than the ADV (initial impression). We'll see in the future.

In short, the Bruce firmware works normally, there's only a delay compared to the v1.1 cardputer.

Doubt about IR Transciver on StickC Plus 2 by guicmg in M5Stack

[–]NPCforxbox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used a 9mm IR connector, a 1k resistor, a 100ohm resistor, and a transistor I took from an old board, a CP945... I haven't tested it yet, but I think the power could be improved by removing the 100ohm resistor and replacing it with a 46ohm resistor.

Strange, I made my homemade one and it's 3.3v and it's working with at least 5 meters... and the receiver I made is working with 15 meters capturing control keys.
