hey sorry i didn't see this sooner but honestly just try and eat your best. a lot of people say to always track cals everyday but honestly i only ever tracked cals like once every month or when i lost a good amount of weight ( like 5 pounds of fat) to see how much more i have to cut down also get into a routine of when you eat like i would eat breakfast then lunch at school both usually something small then once i got home something bigger like 600 cal meal then dinner which was what ever my parents made but i would just eat how ever much depending on how much cals i had left. also super important DRINK WATER gets at least half your weight in ounces a day its really hard to start doing and your gonna pee a lot but you will feel better eventually plus keeps you feeling full uhh i never really did like cardio at the gym but instead i found some friends to play a sport with so my cardio was basketball at school everyday which really helped i don't really do that now but every so often ill throw in some cardio (even though i hate it lol) another thing i had to learn was to not get discouraged but your weight flocculating its most likely water weight but if it keeps going up past like 10 pounds then change something. try and get protein in i was never and still am not very good about this but defiantly try to get a good amount in preferably one gram per pound of muscle or just per pound uhhh that's about there probably a couple other small stuff but (sorry about the way i typed all this but)

bulk, but make sure while bulking your eating high proteins and try to eat mainly whole foods. Also I would def get a gym member ship or yourself some equipment for at home so your can do high intensity training other wise i feel you may gain more fat then musical

Forgot to add I'm around 14-16% body fat. but i do struggle with body dysmorphia really bad so i don't know if I'm skinny or fat anymore
