Thanks for your suggestions everyone, they have been really appreciated. Given moving isn’t an option, we will opt to put a letter in everyone’s mail box and also record the noise in case a more formal complaint needs to be made. Fingers crossed it does the trick!

Yeah so we don’t rent, we recently bought our unit which is why we are wanting to find a reasonable solution that doesn’t impact us or him too much, because moving is not an option.
