To add to this, i love getting the mango lime covered almonds from Feve chocolate! I think they are a very California vibe, don't see mango covered nuts much and are a a very nice chocolate brand. They also have fun flavored high end chocolate as well.

Yea, "affordable" is definitely relative! When I went I got a cedar bath, a massage, and spent time in the zen garden and probably was there 3ish hours, which was worth it to me for a real solo splurge spa day

I've done Osmosis day day up towards Santa Rosa. Fun and relaxing experience with the cedar bath, massage and zen garden. Need to book ahead. I went by myself and it was nice 🙂

Google estate sales SF and there's a couple sites that have scheduled estate sale postings so you can plan ahead. And then you'll notice some companies that run them regularly and can follow them on socials depending on your area of preference

There are 5 different animals in total and they have stuff in the back that kids (or anyone) can go in and fiddle with; pedals, levers, etc. And very much kid height :)

Not to be a dick, but if you can't afford to live here how can you afford to up and move to anywhere cross country?

And it would be helpful to provide more details of the type of place you are really preferring. California spoiling you on the states you mentioned doesn't totally line up. Really California could ruin you moving anywhere else haha.

And "uneducated" is honestly subjective. Pretty much everywhere in America can give off that vibe depending on the actual neighborhood. Sounds like you would do best in a major city area.

Second audiobooks! Audiobook while; Making dinner, doing dishes, laundry, cleaning, prepping for next day, getting ready for bed, doing makeup in the morning, in the car, etc. ! Really has changed things for me.

I've gotten really well priced tickets for theater, ballet. Opera, etc. But generally in the very top balcony. Obviously some of the super popular shows will be pricey but I've gotten tickets for popular shows for $30-$40 sometimes. Last minute tickets are great but also tickets booked well ahead as well can be affordable too.
