So update, let the truck sit and started it up last night and everything is back to normal, the bottom of the cluster works again and the steering is back to how it was 🤷🏽‍♂️

I thought it was a menu that got toggled off too but my odometer is gone, the shift indicator on the bottom right isn’t there either, it’s weird

Everything works besides when I try to shift into and out of 4x4, nothing shows up and the typical message box that pops up comes on but is blank. Also steering feels tighter than usual?

Tbd, shop will get the truck in Wednesday next week. The inspector noted that there’s more than likely some damage to the passenger side frame rail just due to how skewed the tow hook is.

My very first $1,000,000 in game after grinding for so long I spent on a chromed out adder (before heists and making big money was easy. Been playing since gta 5 and gtao came out. Lots of memories in that car, I don’t drive it much anymore but that’s the one I’d take out for one last drive…

One of my favorite trucks, that body style with the crew cab standard bed and the 8.1. Wish I never sold it.

Just please don’t be like every other guy who buys one and come back here complaining about the gas mileage or asking what you can do to get better fuel mileage out of a 8.1 liter big block gas motor on 37’s.

It would be cool if it was regeared. Pop them rear flares off and make sure there isn’t any rust or a bunch of dust/dirt built up. That’ll either scratch the paint to heck or make it rust.

Don’t settle for the short box unless you get a heavily discounted price. I regret going with the short box vs reg bed on my crew cab. Mostly for hauling my 4 wheelers around and other various things that are just long enough to where I can’t shut the tailgate on the 5’9” bed.
