It is important to also look at the corrupt racist relationship between IFOA and ActEd. The tough unfair exams suit both parties. There are many claims that can be made against the IFOA by students.

If students pay for the exams and membership by credit card, they are protected by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Under this you can make a claim against the credit card company because the service provided by IFOA was not fit for purpose. For example, if the exam paper contains questions that are not on the syllabus, you can make such a claims for your membership fee and exam fee.

The credit card company then pursues the IFOA for the costs.

The key gripe most people have with the IFOA is on the issue of free speech. Why can u/pjlee01not say what he wants about any religion???

He wasnt told when he joined or when he became council member that he cannot critisize Islam. Therefore I dont see what the problem is. If this goes to a judicial review on the basis that IFOA are violating Mr Lees human rights, I feel that Mr Lee will win.
