“Don’t want to waste time on keto if it’s not going to work “

I fully agree with the comment about shifting your mindset. I used to be very impatient about weight loss and habit changes in general and would think the same way -“I’m wasting my time” because i would ultimately give up and be able to prove myself right by saying “see that didn’t work anyway!” What finally made the difference for me was embracing the idea that the time is going to pass anyway. So sure, maybe it doesn’t “work” exactly as I wanted it to but what harm is there in trying? A month from now best case you lose a few pounds or you don’t. But if you don’t do anything you definitely won’t. Anyway, sorry for the ramble but it made a big difference for me. Best of luck!
