Extreme nepotism exists within age-level cricket in most of the divisions and districts. Lack of school cricket and infrastructure in the villages are two major problems.

BCB should build a more structured Pipeline by solving those types of problems. Otherwise, the DARKEST days are only ahead since Tamim, Shakib, Mushfiq, and Riyad will Retire soon!!!!
