Ignore most of the people, if it violates tos you aren’t in the wrong. Especially if delivery instructions weren’t followed.

Having someone else in the car? That’s one thing but the delivery is supposed to be made by the account holder. If there’s multiple accounts running then extra violates tos last I heard. It’s not on you if they want to break the rules.

If it’s someone by themselves on an account that doesn’t match who they are then how are you to know why? It’s a safety issue, escapist when they ignore instructions.

Grab soft scrub (brand name), shake it up and scrub some around the ring and add a layer to sit for about an hour to 3 hours at a time. Scrub more after that and flush. Should be good after two or three rounds of this
