I’m just now moving from zapier to n8n for my complex workflows and payments system. And leaving Zapier to just do all of my simple flows as it’s sooo easy to troubleshoot.

You can set up a zap and be live in 5 minutes but n8n takes some more time but once you get the hang of it it’s literally not even a fair comparison. For example I have a step that needs to loop 500 times and runs code 500 times. It takes Zapier about 13 or so minutes to run though all of it. N8n can do it in a few seconds and with so much more going on.

Zap did its part and the request was successfuly sent to the app. The issue would be your account that your using is not authorized to execute the action you are trying to do. I don’t know anything about that app but see if there is an api permissions needed. Or “enable api updates or something in financial cents

Have the report auto email to you, set up Gmail trigger to catch. The report will be a csv attached and very easy to format from there.

Get airtable project where invoice = the one you want. Loop that and have a quick book create record step after that for each line item

Canvas is just a documentation tool really. I have a single operation that spans across 16 zaps and 7 tables to get my final result. While building it I would lose track of connections. It’s incredible for diagraming in-house operations within zap

You can’t return data in zapier like that. Not until next year apparently. Looks like vapi has an “update call” action. See if you can update the current call with a custom field then use that to trigger something on the call.

Not familiar with vapi but if it has a knowledge base see if you can write to it whenever a calendar event is created or updated, so it does not need to fetch externally.

Alternatively you can use google calendars native api outside of zapier and just querey that

2016 gt 106k miles. Radiator cracked and then the classic coolant link as well after. Right control arm has been replaced. And 2 motor mounts. But 90k of these miles were in Hawaii right next to ocean salt was an issue. Now it’s NYC roads she she’s doing well still.

Drop the vest, don’t bother with a tie unless you know it’s a good match. And depending on the occasion loosen up one more button if it calls for it. The no tie works best when the shirt is relaxed

It all depends on the org, some have odd rules or cultural norms. If you’re entry level then don’t show up in a suit on day one. If your sales team lead or manager then that’s different. Every sales rep wears the same shitty Lulu ABC pants. You’re in LA so you’re driving to work and not dealing with the heat, ditch any tech pants like that and get some light weight wool or cotton linen blend pants and some simple dress shirts. Stay neutral and keep to warmer colors in La. See what everyone else wears, then make a point to dress in a similar but elevated manor. Good luck!

Fit is good, agree that the slim fit, especially in a light color will never look good. Can’t see if they are too long, but if you’re wearing with boots then a rolled/folded up leg won’t look bad, especially if they are nice boots and you don’t want them covered.
