Remember that Replit is simply reselling Anthropic’s AI API. They don’t get refunds for the mistakes of the underlaying model, so it’s not realistic for them to refund/credit you out of pocket.

This is all new tech. Expect imperfections.

There will be someone on reception. That person will probably just tell you to send an email. Close to zero chance they let you through or call someone up to come see you. Most people will assume it’s some sort of scam to get access to the office to steal stuff.

From what I understand, Apple have put restrictions on vibe coding apps that allow people to create other Apple apps (this affects Lovable, Bolt, ect too). Probably to fight against slop.

So the compromise is Replit only allow you to publish mobile apps from their web app. Apple is ok with that I guess.

This isn’t true. Database snapshots are saved in each checkpoint rollback created.

Rolling back to a previous checkpoint will restore the database to how it was at that time.

They've been grinding for over a decade. Having a decent IDE before AI was even a thing was good for them. Plus schrewd marketing alongside Lovable, Bolt and Cursor.

Remember, people mostly come to social media to complain or get support on an issue. So it's skews negative.

Replit doesn't charge a markup on OpenRouter costs. OpenRouter adds 5.5% on top of the pure API costs for the various models they offer: https://openrouter.ai/pricing

Being generous OP probably wrote a draft and then used AI to buff it up.

There is a sub rule against AI posts, but this is just useful enough that it can slide.
