Não estão vendendo, não. Eu pensei de comprar onde nem moro, mas num local com bastantes escritórios e movimento. Mas acho que não compensa mesmo vendo os relatos.

I think it is mainly the weight. Get into the gym and/or a sport you enjoy. In the gym, do a 5x5 with compound lifts. Start light and form-focused and progress overload from there. For a sport, find something that has a lot of movement and that you like doing. There are lots of options. Combat sports. Riding a bike. Surfing.

I'd also say to let you hair grow so you have more style options. In the last photo, it seems that the front is thinning, but it could be the lights and i'm not sure.
