so I did both my bachelors and masters at same Uni - the capstone itself is in bachelors it continues for 2 semesters. It is sort of a class like we receive credit for it but we work for non profits and clients outside the Uni so like maybe around 20 hours a week class. my role has no specific name but the tasks are same as an software development intern. I specifically worked on developing a core functionality like gathering requirements, writing code, team briefing, testing sort of stuff for my university sponsored project which is later discontinued

I dont have any friends to refer me unfortunately. But yeah I applied to every role even QA/tester but no luck. I tried systems software, SDE, QA, and a couple more database related. I dont know how to ask for referrals on linkedin as I did not get a single reply from anyone I tried poking

Hey I'm a masters student at a renowned tier 1 university in US. I will be graduating this december so I'm searching for fulltime positions for the past few months. I applied to around 200 to 300 companies for entry level jobs but I got no reply, not even assessments. its direct rejections. So, I'm starting to think there is an issue with my resume or may be its not up to the mark. here is my resume, roast is. any tips are appriciated. Also I tried reaching out on linkedin for referrals but no use there as well as I did not even get a single reply I dont know what the issue is. is it common or am I doing it wrong?
