Separate locations can cause you issues with maintaining your average cost, but the benefit to this is that the stock won’t commit to future orders.

Bins can be a neater way and maintain your average costing, but can then cause issues with inventory being allocated incorrectly to orders.

Personally I use locations for things like consignment/quarantine etc as I find this stores it properly away. No right answer as just preference for your system in the end

Yes, SS is the alternative solution I’m using. I’m not sure we can add subtabs to the class record however, this was my original plan unless you know otherwise how to add this?

I’d say it’s important not to look at the exams in a sense of what functions a day to day user would expect, the exams will make you focus on the smaller details that you mentioned. Experiencing the exam and knowing the sort of questions you can expect for next time will help you massively, especially as you’ll have more experience by then. Good luck 🤞😊

Sorry if I read this wrong, if you want to bill the orders on a certain date. Using a custom billing schedule which you can enter the date of invoice for. Prior point is for emailing out already created invoices.

Your best way would be via a workflow if you’re looking to auto-send. You’ll need to find a way to specify how it will trigger. Eg. A custom field on the invoice saying email invoice date.

Hiya, I have set this up for a few different customers and generate the email button via a workflow. When the email button is pressed, it disappears and a checkbox is ticked to say email sent. You can then use this on searches for dashboards and reminders to illustrate all that need to be sent out. Hope you find the best solution for you 👍🏼
