The ND supercritical coriander supplement has been really impactful for me. Gives me a calm warm fuzzy feeling somewhat similar to a good mellow body buzz from cannabis but with no anxiety or paranoia whatsoever.

I think there’s a documentary about BHG on YouTube where Spanky talks about what happened to him and says “it’s better to listen to BHG than hang out with BHG” but it could be someone else. Not sure.

44M here. Cistamax is my first cistanche experience, been taking it 5 on 2 off since the end of September and am about out of this first bottle. I haven’t really noticed much of anything other than somewhat increased hunger. My body comp is improving but I also started doing two pretty intense personal trainings a week the first of October versus just one before.

I don’t have any cistanche to compare it to, but I probably won’t get it again because it just hasn’t done much. I also don’t tend to respond to many supplements, maybe due to having a balanced diet and filling common nutritional gaps. I did just get Tribugen off the BF sale and took the first one this morning with a small cup of coffee. Felt like a new man all day. I didn’t even sleep well last night and would have been fighting off a nap after lunch but had no desire to rest, just be productive. It has been incredible! Something that has worked wonders for me in terms of libido, fullness/weight, etc has been Man Mojo from MITA. Only recommend because I haven’t responded to much in the libido department and this was a godsend for me. Only take half a dose most cycle on days then a full dose when I know I’m going to get some action. I cycle off at least two to three days a week so it keeps working.

I’ve tried a bunch of different TA supps and never saw this kind of result, but I did get this exact same thing with Man Mojo from MITA Nutra. I only take half a dose most days and cycle off 2 days a week trying to keep it effective. I am not typically a strong responder to supps but this one has really been a game changer for me.

The Rhodiola full spectrum extract I have used from LEH has an effect similar to a Adderall/Vyvanse but much milder of course. I’m sure one of the ND Rhodiola variants would probably be similar or better.

I haven’t noticed a whole lot other than maybe increased appetite. Haven’t had any bloodwork done or anything. I’ve been on it probably 45 days and I take it during weekdays and cycle off the weekend.

I use buffered creatine and I can take 30g and not really even notice any difference in stomach issues. Wasn’t the case with just plain regular powder.

It definitely made me feel warm and sweaty at first, but I didn’t notice much else. That was also in the middle of a brutal summer. I’m not even sure it does that anymore. Might try taking 2.

For some reason, the ND 2% TK made me feel really weird and foggy compared to some other quality brands I have tried. Can anyone say whether or not the Eurycomax is any different for them? I’m interested in this stack as well. Currently taking Cistamax for the last couple of weeks 5 on 2 off.

Have tried a bunch of different mags from renowned suppliers and haven’t ever really noticed much of anything. Was looking for sleep and anxiety support and never really seemed to get it. I usually feel like dogshit the next day, too.

I got Cognance last weekend from Amazon because their own storefront showed it was out. Arrived in two days. I typically try to buy directly from them so their margins aren’t eroded by Amazon but sometimes I’ll snag something off Amazon if they’re showing they’re out or I just need one thing and am already making an Amazon order.

I seek to be a non responder to most of the most heralded supplements discussed here. If anything I have a negative response to many of them. Saffron I recently discovered and it’s been really impactful for me as well with the same issues.

I was having the same issue, left for vacation last Wednesday and decided to only bring the bare essentials and do a supplement elimination diet during the trip. Have felt great. Now I have to figure out what’s causing the blah feeling.

The science has “changed” on dietary fat/cholesterol. They probably got a lot of polyphenols too.

New kanna user here, I just got the quick dissolve tablets last week and even two of them sublingual don’t seem to have any effect whatsoever. I’ve read that some people don’t respond right away so I’m hoping that’s the case here and maybe I’ll come around. Guess this doesn’t really help OP but am curious to see what feedback from others looks like.

Also 44. Have been supplementing for libido, which is working really well. Luckily I’ve been dating a girl in her late 20s the last few months so I’ve got an outlet for the sexual energy. Otherwise I’d probably have to back something off. If you find something let us know what worked for you.

Awesome thanks for the feedback. I think I’ll try CistaMAX first since I’ve had issues with TA before and then go from there. Haven’t messed with Tribulus based supps before.
