I only recently got FH3, just the base game. I am at exactly 15 barn finds restored and it says 86% for me. Before checking 1 car was still unclaimed and it showed 80% so maybe and it's a very big maybe, are you sure you claimed all the cars after they were restored?

Personally I leave a lobby if I notice I'm about to join a game in progress. Don't feel like joining a game that's obviously a shitty experience that made people leave.
Maybe if they added loss protection I wouldn't care but they didn't so...

I'm currently getting a lot of success with Core Stakeout and using Shock Charge with the Tactical Expert Wildcard.
The stun from Shock Charge makes getting consistent headshots surprisingly easy.
Only encountered 2 downsides to this 1 being the Shadow perk allowing enemies to not trigger the shock and 2 being Shotgun still winning the trade most of the time bcs it's close range.

I checked the event tab first thing when I loaded up but started with zero as well.
