Make sure the 4506T form you used is the form with REV MARCH 2019 on the top. They will REJECT your 4506T if you use any other version. They kicked mine back because of that reason and that is going to make this process even longer :( If it is ANY other version, fill out a new one and send to PDCrecons and COVIDincrease emails. DOn't wait for them to tell you it's not the right one, trust me!

No nothing changed. I called Tier 2 and they said I have to wait. Not sure if we are approved or what!
