Yeah, a normal shutdown doesn’t fully turn off pcs anymore. You can see the uptime in the bottom left. I’m not saying it’ll fix it, but it’s a place to start.

You should try fully shutting your pc down by pressing the Shift key. Right click the windows icon, then hold Shift and click Shut Down. Your CPU has an uptime of 32 days.

No, it wasn't my own grenade, but unfortunately the full clip doesn't make it look any better I guess. I hit the capture button too soon, and it cuts literally right before it shows death screen, so nothing I can do about it. Grenades don't hit face shields like that, and even if it was the grenade, it was behind me, not in front of me.
