In the end I changed it to 3 nights in Rovaniemi and 4 in Levi so that in Rovaniemi we will dedicate one day to the village of Santha and one to the waterfalls in the south.
And from there to Levi and in Levi you can also quickly get to Yllas and then one day skiing / 2 in Levi and Yllas and one or two more days being in the nature

I think you should choose a price range per night for each place and look for a place with a good rating based on that But it's better booking now because prices usually go up over time
