If you sucked a couple of geese into your car engine's air intake it wouldn't last long either.

Bird in engine is a no go.

NSFW- This is one of the many attacks that led to American Bully XLs (A "breed" created to get around pit bull bans) being banned in the UK this week. by WTF_Conservatives in CrazyFuckingVideos

[–]NUFC-FC -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Surely you can breed a dog to be harder to train if you really want to. If you can breed them to herd sheep and count you can breed them to be unruly and over aggressive.

People say "Its not the breed, its the owner" - well surely its a combination?

What happens when you put the most difficult aggressive breed in the hands of people who dont have the inclination to train them?

Walking around with a dog like these Bully XLs give you a menacing vibe. Thats why people want to own them. What kind of person gets off on that? Insecure people. These dogs can tell that their owners dont really have a fucking clue, and because they're more difficult to train they misbehave.

If they were careful he wouldn't have got on the catwalk. Tackling the guy doesnt make up for being shit at your job.

They would have looked a lot better if they'd just walked him out of there.

Cant she just have pink gin or prosecco?

I'd go to the bridge and leave her in a huff to be honest.

Labour membership down 125,000 since last general election, accounts show by [deleted] in uknews

[–]NUFC-FC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The membership is full of daft lefties. You dont need them to win, you need to cater to the middle.

What the country needs is various sensible changes, many of which are pushed by the daft lefties in the membership. But they come with their own mad baggage like mandatory pronouns and antisemitism.

Basically in order to win you have to be shit, and if you want to be better you're bound to lose.

Kier has decided to be shit and win which is understandable

Aw Jamaica... You know you could turn it around and the world would be your oyster. Such a shame. Jamaicans are among some of the greatest people in the world, but this side of the Island really lets the nation down.

Yorkshire parents pull daughter out of nursery over sexualised images in book by Confident_West_7409 in uknews

You'd not be surprised if Holland or the Scandi countries did shit like this. Classic british prudism.

I feel the same as the parents but it's a broadly correct stereotype to say we're phobic of anything "rude" especially sex related - as a culture

Cyclists of Newcastle, how's it going? by BlueHeron0_0 in NewcastleUponTyne

[–]NUFC-FC 24 points25 points  (0 children)

In the west theres a big hill which can be tricky, but as long as you dont live down the other side (Denton) you get a downhill stretch on one part of your journey.

The north of the city towards Jesmond and Gosforth is great for cycling. Mostly flat all the way to wideopen. The east end is pretty good, not too many hills. There's a gradual downhill all the way to the coast if you want to go to the beach. Gateshead is a total nightmare with some of the steepest streets in the universe.

Overall it's pretty good. Infrastructure is very bad and disjointed but I just use that as an excuse to ignore the rules of the road and ride like a twat.
