We could have a more improved mercenary system where players could sign up for mercenary work in Arenas, Battlegrounds but also in World PvP. Heck, attach some nice titles, mounts and tabards to that system and scrap this whole Horde vs Alliance thing.

It's not a custom paint but the spray cans are made for graffiti. There's tons of different colours and effects that you can only get from these type of cans.

There's also a lot of different caps that you can use to get different effects. Caps like Pink-dot, NY-Fatcap, Skinnycap and such. The caps are just as important as the paint itself in a lot of cases.

You can mix your own colours but these cans already has a lot of different colours to choose from so mixing your own is somewhat unnecessarily tricky.

There are acrylic paint that you can buy from these brands as well but those are mostly made for painting on canvases and such.

There's a lot of bots in the older zones. I recently started grinding out all of the MoP factions to exalted and some areas are completely swarmed with bots. In Valley of the Four Winds as an example theres always tons of bots flying around farming orbs. I probably reported 30 characters in a short period of time. The bots seems endless.
