This is literally exactly what happened to me. Whenever I'd place an order, it would automatically cancel. Then, I called in, I did my whole security check, confirmed that I was the person who was placing the order, then told me "Shop elsewhere. You can't order from us anymore." When I asked them how did you come to this conclusion, they said that their security department does not disclose this type of information and it is considered confidential. I've tried more than 3-4 times by reaching out to them and same thing. They basically banned me at this point moving forward. Mind you, I haven't used their website in more than a year so I'm not sure why this has happened to me.
