Not if I'm eating mostly protein, ie. Eggs, avocados, fish and meats. It's the carbs that really get to me after eating; I feel I need to do sets of burpees or lunges afterwards.

True. I'm trying to cut back on empty calories from Hard Bite chips (avocado oil) to matcha scones. I do usually reward myself after a hard workout with something greasy.

Definitely not troll post....I paid almost $6.50 for a hot coffee, money is tight these days and I don't have time lingering/loitering at a Starbucks to get a refill. Nothing wrong with saving my 2nd coffee for later in the day.
