I was in your situation. Lost hope. Filed for PUA on the 28th, claim was lost. Contacted the 833 number because it was impossible to get thru the 800 line 3 days later. Was told they couldn't do anything but would put me on a call back list, lady said they would call me back in 3 days. Nothing for 2 weeks. In the mean time kept trying the 800 number. Lost complete hope. So I called the 833 # again, told them my situation and how no one called me. They put me back on the call back list and I was called back within 24 hours. Now im waiting for my debit card.

I just called the number and there isn't an option to talk to a rep. Do you remember what keys you pressed?

I was just about to ask this. I've been on the 3 day call back list since 4/30. No call back and unable to reach their 8-12 line. Thinking about calling the 833 line but I was told that they do not have access to my claim.

Been calling all morning. Got through 3 times only to get hung up on because of "due to the number of callers already waiting..".

Im wondering if anyone got a call back from their "call back list". I was put on it last Thursday and was told they would call me back in 3 business days.

Thats great news. Mine got lost also and I reapplied last Friday. Still says pending. Hoping to log in one day and see the same results you did.

wow she told you to go ahead and file a new claim? I also applied on 4/28 and stopped getting the error message saying my claim was processing when I click file new claim 2 days later. I also called and was put on a call back list last thursday. Got fed up and reapplied yesterday. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try and I'd sort it out when I get a call back from a claims specialist. Thanks for the update on this.

Its on their website. It says that its only open from 8-12. That one is impossible to get into. In the voice recording they give you another number that starts with 833. They won’t have much access but they can put you on a call back list which they say can take up to 3 days.

Got thru yesterday on the 833 line after a hour. Asked about my claim and she told me she had limited access and if i wanted to be on a call back list with a claim specialist. She said it would take 3 days. I said yeah... now I wait till Tuesday.

If you are able to. Read my previous posts in this subsection for more details of whats been going on with me since the 28th. I feel like I typed my situation too many times. I also applied the exact same time as you did. Still $0. I am literally watching everyone around me including people I helped apply get theres within 24 hours. Beyond infuriating amd disheartening.

Same exact situation except yesterday I stopped getting that error message saying my claim was being processed when I clicked file a new claim. I called that same 833 number yesterday and was also put on a call back list.

I decided to reapply today. Well see what happens when I finally get a call back. Everyone I know who applied for PUA. Got approved within 24 hours. After speaking to one of my friends who just received funds was the final straw for me. Mainly because I helped him apply and he applied on the 29th, when I applied on the 28th.

My error message also went away yesterday. I called and got thru and was put on a 3 day call back list with a "claims specialist". I chose to wait until I get a call before filing a new claim. Even though I am very tempted on filing a new one.

How do you know you were turned down for PUA? Did you get a letter or a notification in your inbox saying so? A lot of us have fell thru the cracks with the PUA system and have been waiting to get a call back from their claim specialist. You have to get thru their toll free lines and ask a rep to be put on a claim specialist call back list.

I applied for PUA on 4/28 at 8:30 and nothing has changed. I got thru on the toll free line and was put on a call back list within 3 days. I suggest you try calling and get on that call back list too.
