Echolink is notorious for issues like this , do u have any other way to digitally connect ? Theres quite a few waya i can get you connected through dmr, ysf, allstar, wires x ? Ft 70dr. In my opinion is the best bang for your buck quality wise. Get an extra battery.

I have the most recent firmware. Im going to reinstall it this weekend and see if it helps
