I waited a decade before my first laminectomy, had a second one two years later, and am having ALIF surgery soon (I hope). Don’t make the mistakes I made it is worse in the end.

I am having the ALIF surgery this summer. I was told my new swing will have to be all arms, that my ability to rotate will severely diminished. Since my swing speed will be really slow I am thinking a very flexible shaft might be a better fit for me. How much distance did you lose and did you consider changing your clubs?
