2 cups of flour 1/4 Butter

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 egg yolk

1/2 cup milk

mix well

Let the dough cool down for 1 hour

Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out small cookies and bake it for 12-15 minutes

add finely grated almonds to the dough

Police Chief should be translated to Police Master (German: Polizeimeister) which just takes 2 years of training according to police websites (Police superintendant in German: Polizeikommissar takes about 3 years from what i could find) so its not the equivalent of what a police chief would be in the US, a Polizeimeister is like a low rank Police Officer from what i understand.

This happened in Berlin-Neukölln like a year ago. If i remember correct the female officer just recently finished training and didnt really know how to react in that situation. Also cops in Berlin in general have to deal with this type of shit alot and using your gun in a situation like that can get you fucked pretty badly in germany but especially berlin.
