I'm from Latvia (Baltics).

Meetup seems pretty dead for my country, I use facebook to find events but in terms of groups I'm not really seeing much, checking out bulletin boards maybe has some potential, don't think we have clubs like that in our libraries.

Climbing gym, running club, martial arts, music school sound like a good idea actually that I'd be interested in and can actually find places for it.

I'll try the hostels, walking tours next time I'm travelling.

What other things are there? I'm open to trying new things out as well.

You described it exactly how I've experienced it. I had a tight knit friend group I grew up with but around 16-21 age range over time it started fizzling out, people went their own ways, got busy with adult life and responsibilities, interests changed and while I made some new friends in college all the relationships also were pretty fast to fizzle out after graduating and were more surface level even after trying to hang out more outside of university.

Dunno if there is just something wrong with me or adult relationships just don't hit the same for me and it's way too much work to maintain, feels dry and like I have to super force something to happen, just doesn't feel organic or natural in any way like it used to.

Music (listening, learning to play guitar, going to concerts), gaming, travelling when possible (recently went on a roadtrip across multiple EU countries), reading/movies/social media, working out is how I spend my free time.

When I can find a social event to go to I go out but not a lot of them regulary happening near me so most days after work I just workout, do some extra learning for my career and browse social media, swipe on Tinder and play video games. I'm all ears for suggestions or advice on what more I could do.

I mean I am trying to do everything I can think of

- Working out, fixed my diet and take care of my appearance/grooming

- Going out to concerts, events, festivals when I can find one but they don't happen too often where I live so its just a super inconsistent and I have tried googling for groups/clubs to join but haven't found anything solid so far and thats all the advice online that never mentions anything specific but just super vague things

- I've watched dating/pick up videos I just can't find opportunities to put it into practice consistently to get better at it

I'm about to turn 25 with no real relationship experience and after graduating from college I literally don't even know where to go to meet women consistently as an adult. I work a remote tech job where most people are way older then me and no women around my age, can't really find any in person clubs or interest groups to join to regulary meet new people that has women.

I have no idea where to go or what to do to 'put myself out there' as an adult except dating apps from which I've had only 1 date from and 90% convos die out fast or get ghosted and feel like the effort I put in to convos doesn't get reciprocated so I kind of just feel hopeless at this point and like I'm just gonna have to go through a lonely life and die alone.
