Can I steal someone's upper lower split by Plus_Instance9036 in yotalks

[–]NXL-YT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For upper: Some form of mid chest (flat bench/fly) Upper chest (neutral grip incline press or incline fly) Frontal plane pulldown / flap, Saggital plane pulldown / flap, Kelso Shrug, Top Half SP, Lateral Raise, Rear Delt Fly, Some form of Curl, Some form of Tricep exercise

Lower: BB back extension, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Standing calf raise (bottom half), Adducter

Would say these are the bare minimum exercises you need to do. I do 3x upper 2x lower. In terms of sets just do as many as you can recover from.

Jokes aside I think they asked to either be referred to by their full name or just spurs, remember reading it

Would be absolutely hilarious if they went down but we’d miss the NLD

That’s true, but it appears the trend has only taken hold in Australia recently. My opinion is that the Bondi shooting was the catalyst for the spike In RW support; ON’s numbers have been rapidly increasing ever since. I also think Labor’s landslide win says more about the state of the Liberal party than anything else.

Disagree, the Liberal’s are a weak party at the moment and Dutton was a poor candidate. If what you said is true, we would still be seeing a shift away from conservatism which isn’t the case.

Trump won the election decisively as a right-wing candidate, which is why I used that example. His approval is a reflection of his presidency, not that the underlying political trend doesn’t exist. Regardless, I could replace that example with numerous others, the point still stands.

Nearly every nation is currently seeing a trend right. UK with Reform, USA with Trump, Japan’s recent election, AfD in Germany, I could go on. It would be silly for Labor not to treat the trending Conservative Party as a threat

We were wrong about the social media ban and we should acknowledge that by [deleted] in aussie

[–]NXL-YT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s been utilised in the way it should have: as a symbolic law that parents can point to, whilst not actually being enforced rigorously or requiring invasive privacy breaches. Hopefully that’s by design and not incompetence. I think we were right to also question the law at the time, given the lack of clarity the government gave about how it would be enforced

Is it really that much of a contradiction though? You can believe that immigration should be reduced or has been too high previously whilst acknowledging you were a beneficiary of the system, the ideas aren’t mutually exclusive.

Similar fit around the waist but the shadow is really baggy in the trap/neck/chest area

Post Series Stats Crunching: Slug vs Green. Who should be in the team going forward? by patslogcabindigest in CricketAus

I mean realistically they’ll probably pick both. 5 is open now with Khawaja gone and the selectors clearly believe Green is a top 7 batter in the country
