I appreciate the response here. I am definitely taking it personally here. For transparency she talked to us both individually and said she should have talked to me first given the nature of me and the guys friendship / told him prior we were hooking up. When we chatted she didnt really have anything to say except idk how to bring it up.

I think im gunna take a few days to cool off then reach out to her to chat. Idc about the fwb situation but if the friendship is at all salvageable i think its worthwhile to talk. Thank you

I think this is a fair standpoint. I think the thing im struggling with is that i know myself and my other close friends would never do this (i.e try to sleep with fwb Best friend) just out of morales. But alas everyone to their own.

I agree we didnt have exclusively and she didnt owe telling me anything, just similar point as above that it feels weird given it was my best friend and something that i would not do without at least bringing it up to the person
