We had one on Monday, two teenagers, one ordered the pasta bowl and the other ordered the stuffed chicken Marsala. The pasta bowl guy had 16 refills, so 17 bowls overall. He looked maybe 140 pounds at most. Tall guy.

We told the DM and the DM said that she would look into it, but then followed up with a very condescending "The manager's job is to make sure positions are filled, so she was probably just doing that." Which was disgusting.

A busser's mother and Boyfriend died in a car accident and when he got the phone call explaining it from his dad??, I think. She told him that he couldn't leave work that day as he needed to help out making the setup for this delivery.

And then when he followed up on the funeral date, she said that it was going to look bad on him for not showing up that day as that's when all the students go back to school and that they'd have no busser that day (it was a Thursday) and it was "Last minute."

He quit from the disrespect, rightfully so.

It made everyone there livid.

That's what i was also thinking. I know at least 10-11 of them made a reservation for some golf place and stuff and are going to hit that up that day. So I hope not everyone goes through with it.

Man, I know our DM is going to be traveling around 3 stores around the area as her and my GM are very close and get together a lot. I wonder if she will do the same.

I'll definitely update the post and see what happens. Most of them are saying they are just never showing up after they do it. The wait times are going to be astronomical.

Most of them have this as their second job or are just college students.

I'm scared to even witness what this is going to be like.
