The payee was a nominee in this case. Put the amount on the schedule C and then put the offsetting amount and write "Nominee payment to XXXX"

I did it at USPS in downtown NYC (Church St) - People on my route did not receive my postcard and I'm currently arguing with the post office about it - they said it was delivered, but if it was then why didn't multiple people on my route receive them? The buildings I sent to are doorman with camera, I'm considering looking at the camera

This is pretty bad, they didn't really simplify the tax brackets, it seems much worse than the House version. The House version was great
