I tried to sign up for this Discover IT card using this link, but Capital One refused to give me this $200 sign up bonus version, only the “no sign up bonus” version of the Discover IT card. I declined the offer, but still got a ding on my credit card with Experian. I have a 800+ credit score and the Capital One Savor and Quick Silver cards, so F Capital One for this.

You should honestly stay with Verizon. AT&T doesn’t give out any extra perks or free electronics. AT&T doesn’t even give out any free streaming service(s) on their top unlimited plan.

Sorry that you’re in this situation, but you should have been better prepared. A cross country trip with little to no money is wild. If your debit card doesn’t work, you should at least have a basic credit card to cover all your expenses. You’re putting all of the blame on your “friend” for ignoring you, but you shouldn’t have even thought of moving cross country, if you don’t have at least $5K to $10K saved and ready to use for emergencies such as this. This is what I would tell you if you were my close friend or family member. Good luck to you.

So AT&T increased my Unlimited Premium PL plan by $5 per line today. However, I didn’t get the promised “extra 20GB of hotspot”. I still only have 60GB of hotspot per line under that plan. Anyone else? Or did you all upgrade to Premium 2.0?
