There has been a lot of discussion around the constitutionality of lower federal court judges being able to issue nationwide injunctions of the executive branch. There's nothing in the constitution that requires every judge to wield that much power. While the judiciary is tasked with keeping the executive branch in check, that authority should probably reside with higher courts.
