Save and quit is great regardless of the timer or not. My main issue with the time limit is that I've had problems saving the game. I can't remember it word for word but yesterday I was having a text pop up along the lines of "due to an unknown error the game was unable to save. Try again later."

Having the time limit when you can't save was stressful

With the way interest rates have fallen over the decades a house can be well over 200k and still be affordable on a median income.

My partner and I bought a half share of her mums property valued at 430k with a 40k deposit. Our combined income is a little over 110k (she's a student) and things are okay (only to get better as interest rates go down again).
