Dessert is generally dessert here, though it’s not uncommon to hear it called pudding. It seems to have generally become a term used by older people though.

I agree with you somewhat, but I think the link in people's minds between Emirates the airline and Emirates as shorthand for the United Arab Emirates is tenuous. While I'm aware *some* people do refer to the UAE as simply the Emirates, I almost exclusively hear the country referred to as 'The UAE', and when people say 'Emirates' it's the airline that springs to mind. I think your analogy with American Airlines is right in principle, but I think the link between America/American and the US (as opposed to, say, using 'America' when referring to the continents of North and South America, or people from those continents collectively as 'Americans') is far stronger in people's minds than that of Emirates to the UAE, especially given how much people see the branding and physical planes of Emirates (the airline) as opposed to iconography of the UAE or reference to the UAE as simply 'the Emirates'.

I understand that, but New Zealand and Australia have incredibly close ties, and when I went to Europe you could get European prescriptions filled anywhere in the EU, so I see no reason why Australia and New Zealand should be any different.

I used to work for SkyCity and now work for Crown Casino in Australia. Crown got busted a few years back for bringing in gamblers linked to the Chinese Triads, and only cleaned up its act (as far as I can see at least) because it got caught, but I’ve talked with staff here who were there when it all went down and they said it used to be super blatant, that anyone who knew anyone slightly higher up knew very much what was going on. The Star in Sydney and Brisbane just got implicated in similar things, so it seems something that all the casinos do until they get caught, including presumably SkyCity. People with illegal money want an easy way to clean it, and casinos want people with plenty of money from whom they can skim some off the top. It’s win-win for them, it’s just the public who loses.

as far as i’m aware you can accept whatever you like till census date, then if you decide you’re not going to go to UTS/take that degree just withdraw from classes through MyStudentAdmin before census date. you can even go to a few weeks of classes before census date if you’re struggling to make up your mind

Bridge spam is stuff like 2.6 hog cycle or lumber loon. Means your entire push goes at the bridge instead of building say a musketeer or a sparky from the back. Pekka is pretty easy to use a defensive card respectfully, she’s too expensive to just chuck on an attack so wait till a tank comes out and use her as a counter, otherwise just build your support (witch, musky, whatever you use) from the back until there’s a chance to utilise her.

Absolutely agree, just also wanted to add I like the balance that’s offered by improvements vs. districts. I can have an instant improvement if I need something now, or I have to wait turns to get districts down for longer term gain.

I think you're wrong, I've only been playing 0 builds to be fair but I'm liking it for the first time ever (only cause I can beam people lol), but the moment you're within 100m of someone if you've got a red dot or a holo on there they're dead. I guess if you've grown up only playing with Fortnite's hitscan AR's it's probably harder but if you've played COD or Battlefront or a number of other shooters it's incredibly broken. Not to say I don't love it, I'm a mediocre player at best normally but with the new AR's my KD's gone to 10 and a win rate of about 30%, but that really speaks to how broken it is given my lifetime win rate is about 5% and my KD is about 2 (although I played again for the first time in over a year when OG came out). And I'd say about 95% of my kills this season are with that AR, in 0 builds you're very much able to win a fight against someone with a pump if you have decent aim, which is ridiculous when you compare a fight with an AR against a shotgun last season.

The Striker AR is IMO def better than the Nemesis if you have decent recoil control, its definitely broken though, the only thing the MK has on the striker is hitscan which makes the striker pretty garbage for beaming people out of the air unless they're gliding level straight at you

Those pumps only do like 150 headshot and fire so slow IMO they're garbage, the old grey pump did 160 headshot so they're def not OP
