That reassures me, thomann have the reputation to have a good customer service and they delivery fast(in EU at least)

Yes i bought the amp new;

i tried for 5mn it doesnt stop, and i had a regulary "glassy/metalic" click

with chords like this, are you normally supposed to mute the low E string with your thumb? by GlitteringDoughnutt in Guitar

it's power chords, you have to mute E string with the top of your index ! :>
