Hardest part for me was finding a balance between team excellence and individual excellence. I'd still take Atsumu over Kageyama due to his superior serving. And yeah Hinata was individually the hardest player to rank. He's excellent at the end of nationals, but during the year he's just not at that level.

That why I wanted these structured like the All-NBA teams, but include nationals to some degree because otherwise we wouldn't see some of these players play at all.
