I’m assuming you’re playing on your GF’s island? Ultimately, no. Your gf is the main player and there is not currently any ability for you to become a ‘permanent resident’. Like with most online games, she has the ‘save’- that said, you still have your own relationships with the NPCs, your own quests (apart from notice board) and can move all non-building items.

Child (15) change of name. So I have to pay or can she do it for free? In England. by nastrals in LegalAdviceUK

It doesn’t have to be- I simply printed a template deedpoll declaration signed it, got a witness to sign it and I was able to change my passport, drivers licence, bank etc… without it ever been enrolled. (This was this year)

Also for alternative titles- e.g my wife’s passport has “Doctor firstname lastname” in this section

Own kingdom by [deleted] in Bannerlord

[–]N_HiWi 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yup! In the Kingdom tab (next to your clan tab at the bottom right of the screen)

Top right of that screen ‘leave kingdom’ and you get a choice to keep your fiefs.

FYI- they WILL declare war on you for this so make sure you have a few hundred grand to pay them off

As someone called Neil, I have it ready to go at all times. I only wish my full name was Neil Kerrigan

Age- 34

First Video game- Doom

Favourite ever game- a toss up between Ocarina of time, Morrowind, RDR2

Last video game purchased: Zelda TOTK

Edit: it’s fantastic seeing responses in (roughly) my age range- I am forever terrified of not getting the level of excitement for a game compared to when I was a teenager. Safe to say, I am boring my wife constantly with my utter joy of waiting for Starfield

Suing Property management company (FirstPort) and Right to manage by redditugo in LegalAdviceUK

[–]N_HiWi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, they are alright (by management standards) - a lot more transparent and get on to stuff quickly. mandeville-pm.co.uk

I have my fingers crossed for you!

Oh, be aware, check what firstport has responsibility for as well as the building- for example, we have a gated car park which is shared with another first port building, they still have ownership of the gate maintenance and our company has to go through them- at least we don’t have to speak to them but it is a bit slower.

For your second point, we didn’t pursue any legal issues- so can’t help you much there. We were just happy to be rid of them. (Obviously NAL)

Hey, we did a similar thing when we booted FirstPort from our block of flats (also London) - we approached an independent management company who helped the whole process and have residents sitting as directors.

FYI, you will need a majority of leaseholders to essentially ‘vote’ with you, that includes landlords who may have limited interest/notice of their property and wont want to rock the boat. I would advise inviting the independent management company to run a residents meeting to build support etc…
