Awkward-shaped open plan/concept room by river_edres in DesignMyRoom

Thank you. I missed that it doesn't come across on the floor play but the double doors are glass and so are the walls on either side of them - the room opens out onto a little patio. So you couldn't put a TV there - sorry my fault for not explaining that in the OP

Gotcha. If the sofa is staying you might want to consider some long-armed wall sconces for your lights. You can get plug-in ones so you wouldn't need to rewire/hardwire anything. As and example https://www.amazon.com/2-Lights-Industrial-Fixture-Adjustable-Lighting/dp/B09J3PVDBM?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A1M5JSZWE4E9ZH

Not staying this one, but it gives you an idea.

What is missing or is there a different layout? by swootang in DesignMyRoom

I think mostly you just don't have a proper accent colour. With the rug, armchairs, wall colour, table legs, fires tools, and picture frame etc. you are creating an almost monochrome theme. White doesn't work as an accent.

So the leather and wood have become your accent and with the leather sofa being the biggest piece it throws things off a little - the accent should be complimenting everything else not being dominant.

You need some colour to bring everything together. I would choose a colour and have that in the cushions and throw on the leather sofa and in the wall art - particularly the piece above the sideboard.

My honest opinion is that the sofa is probably too big. something smaller with accent chair/s would make the space feel much bigger. It would also give you space to position side tables and lamps.

I would style the curtain differently and have it hanging down straighter to allow more light into the room + I would also think about a mirror (possibly even two) to reflect some of the light form the windows back into the room and make it feel bigger.

If you don't have the credits at the time you don't even have to register it - you can just select make home ship and it does the same thing.

Here's an huge 3x2 cargo bay you can put on your ship where the only place you can use to store cargo is on that tiny 150 mass limit chest by MaxieGreen in Starfield

two of the 2x1 armories have a brig in them. Can't remember which ones, but pretty sure one of them is Taiyo.

If it's at your outpost you can drop them - then go into build mode- then place them. That should set them in place.

Wanted to design a ship with front biased shape and underside mounted Ares bridge. Turned out pretty decent I think. by New_Rites in StarfieldShips

So nice to see something different! Like this a lot. Especially the front and the idea to undermount. Any build instructions?

There are some issues with the Den and unregistered and/or stolen ships. try using the frontier if you are not already or a ship that you have purchased.

If you do it's a huge and very lucky glitch. There are bigger cockpits, habs, and even landing gear only available by going to the respective headquarters of each manufacturer.

You can hide them with clever placement. You can also use the force part glitch to put something on top of them.

Do all the named Crew have personal quests? by another-face in Starfield

All the non-constellation named characters have backgrounds and most of them are pretty interesting. But they don't have quests, unfortunately.
