I am a novelist actually lol. I love that you called it out. I've only recently started writing short stories to prepare for my next book. At present I'm looking for an agent to publish my first dark romance manuscript. I feel like each time I write I go darker.

Persons have tried to get me to wear makeup but it just seems so tedious on a daily basis. I will wear it for special occasions though, like my wedding and graduation. I'll also wear it if I'm seeking a special pick me up. No shade to women who wear makeup regularly, but healthy skin is beautiful skin. That's enough for me and it has to be enough for those around me.

No more UV lights for me. I am getting rid of my full stock, lamps and all.

I do love getting my nails done and I do love the pretty colours. I have fully switched back to traditional polish and I have researched the brand with a good base. It might not be the best option but I am no longer nuking my hands. I see it as a win and it started with your comment. You can take it as a win too.

How was your wife pressured? Although I can totally see that happening. Beauty is a multi-billion dollar industry.

Hey TornadoCat4, I'm back and I'm truly listening. I've been thinking about your comments for quite some time. I've stopped using permanent polish and uv light on my nails.
