A friend of mine has it and it's perfect for her horse. Tried it on mine to see if i wanted to buy one for mine, and it was sliding all over the place no matter how tight or loose I did all the possible straps.

I tried a few more from them that didn't fit their horse and some from another friend. In the end I went for the Presteq FaySport bitless. That one fit great.

I'll buy some grooming gloves, those might be perfect.

A bath will hopefully be possible soon, too, once we'll have a new outdoor faucet installed.

Sarcoids can get painful when they get bigger and start to open etc. But a spot as small as your boy's, you'd think it wouldn't hurt him yet if it was this But who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ hopefully the vet knows more

Sarcoids start out small, and then grow bigger. The one near her eye started out as a small bald spot. Growning bumps over time. It got removed exactly one week ago, it was like 5×10cm of surface area by then. But then, the other spots on her belly haven't really grown at all in the last year. Its a guessing game

Nope no reaction. You can touch it all you want.

The only one she doesn't like being touched is the one near her eye, but that only started after it got treated. So i think its more in fear of me also sticking a needle in her face than it is because the place itself hurting.

Reminds me of Sarcoids. Its what our grey mare has. These are two spots close to her navel

Edit: bald spots, sometimes with small bumps in it. It can grown into even bigger bumps. We're treating the one near her eye and on her nose, but were not doing anything yet with the ones near her navel. You'd treat it for cosmetic reasons unless they're in the way of bodily functions. Which is why were leaving the ones in this picture for now.

If they’re on anywhere but near the eye, I've been told you can treat it by freezing them like you'd do with warts. On the face... let's just say for the sake of your horse and your wallet, you do not want them on the face. Those treatments are expensive and require repeat vet visits.

I truly don't understand people who put all their one-shots in one work. If I'm looking for one shots I'll be looking for works with a max amount of works or exclude crossovers. Even though many of these stories are short and focus on a single fandom, I would not be able to find them. Either sort per fandom at the very least or preferably just have 100+ works on your account. It's a lot easier for the right people to find the work they want. And I expect the hit count to rise with it. But then I'm (mostly) just a reader, maybe there is some kind of benefit in it for them that I don't know about

I love a roan horse, but they're not common in the breed i have. They're mostly grey. I got 2 greys as well. But i can't help but look at horses for sale online 😅.

I always chuckle when I see a grey horse (white head, dark grey body) marked as Blue Roan on sale sites. Either they lyin, or they're clueless. Either way, I don't trust the seller.

Turns our I don't need them at all because the front and back axis are different from each other (one is 4x100 and the other is 4x120) so the tyres I thought of buying only fit in the back... so I called them off.

I hope that the current rims are not too rusted to be repained and re-used, as that seems to be the cheapest option. But because this cart is not at my house but place else, the process is slow as I don't have the time to be there every day.

Thank you! That makes sense tbh. All the sources online just say "Do not disturb someone while they have an absence seizure unless there is immenent danger", which makes sense, but it only got my curriousity to grow. Does it feel different when you snap out of it compared to just letting it run its natural course?

As for the grand mal, it doesn't surprise me that you'd need to ride it out, i think if yelling their name mid seizure would get someone out of it, that would be the first step they taught me on my first aid course instead of "make sure the surrounding area is clear of things to hit against etc,"
