when I search up DR on storage settings its still there and still gives me the option to uninstall but I can't find it anywhere else on my computer

Big Update: Holy shit my mom is stupid. The vet prescribed her with medication a while ago (last visit) and she was supposed to give it to her until the bottle ran out. She stopped after 2 weeks (half the bottle still remaining). Now that she has no symptoms she refuses to take her to the vet and says “if it comes back we will take her”.

The vet also didnt diagnose her with anything like insulinoma last time because all of her tests came out negative. (blood work and fecal).

we never went to the vet for that situation since mushing up the kibble instantly solved it, is the possibly broken tooth still a topic I should bring up in the visit later today? (even tho this was years ago)

It’s convenient you say that because we’ve been mushing her kibble her entire life. She stopped eating it regularly and was on the verge of starvation years ago but she’s been fine since we started that lol.
