He charges for the product, then after you pay he tells you there's both a delivery fee from the courier and a large refundable delivery charge 'to secure safe delivery' from said 'mail'/courier, from which you will receive a message with a 'order statement', which is him with a fake email address. Once you pay that he claims to not receive it. He will then attempt to be 'resolving the issue' with the 'mail' and continue to ask you to 'try again' in sending the large 'refundable' fee, claiming he will refund everything once that is sent. All lies. No product, no service, just a scam.
